If an issue arises and you’re dissatisfied with a service provided by Playgrounds Unlimited, we encourage you to let us know by completing a “Customer Complaint Form.” Please download/print the form, complete it, and return it to us by email, mail, or fax.
Upon receipt/review of the Customer Complaint Form, Playgrounds Unlimited will respond with 72 hours/3 days and will follow up on any questions, discuss further details, and/or provide notification of its findings and any actions Playgrounds Unlimited may have taken in response to the complaint.Download the Customer Complaint Form
